Code Artist With Tinkercademy
[Media Invite & Giveaway]
Did you hear me screaming? Exam is over and play is in! We have no grand plan for any oversea trips this year end school holiday as we are busying with house moving, piano exam, horn performance and Christmas concert. And also, my grand plan for go away with AJ for 2 months after his PSLE next year 2018, so we better save up some money first. So, here I am now, planning some short courses for AJ to attend in case he gets too bored.
You might have known he is very much into programming stuff. In fact, he is now reading up on hacking. The father is all supportive of that and has standby 2 laptops for him to hack. I shook my head, and told him, 'You can touch all those laptops available but DO NOT hack into mine!' Of course, he has to agree.
Oh, he will be going for Code Artist, organised by Tinkercademy from 11 Dec to 15 Dec. Code Artist allows the children to learn how to combine domains of technology, arts and maths to investigate algorithms that generate drawings and animations. Participants will think about decomposition, pattern recognition and abstraction.
When I showed him the programme outline, he 'Wow!' 'Wow!' all the way, so excited that he has this opportunity to attend. Please click on this link here to read up more about this programme. Tinkercademy has other holiday programmes if this one doesn't suit your child. Please refer to this link here.
What I like is not just what AJ would learn in this holiday programme, but also the instructor-participant ratio of 1:5. This is incredibly low and I just love, love it! Of course, materials and equipments will be provided and participants will bring home their project piece. This programme is suitable for teens aged 12-15.
Want to join AJ in Code Artist? I have a seat worth $529 to giveaway. To participate, please do as follows:

3. On my Facebook post, tag 2 friends who might have children interested in Tinkercademy's school holiday programmes.
4. Please leave a comment on my Facebook post so that I can trace back when I do the draw.
One blessed teen will join AJ in Code Artist for free! I will announce it on his birthday on 5 Nov 12nn. Come join him!
